Our Hindu Temple of Georgia is opening on 27 th of August 2006 on the auspicious day of Ganesh Chathurthi.. Prior to that , and according to the will and pleasure of our Temple Devotees, we are going to conduct Varalakshmi Viratham on 4th August 2006 and ‘Aavani Avittam” (Thread Ceremony) in our Massive Temple Auditorium on August 09 th 2006 . We invite you to take part in the holy occasion and get the blessings of
Sri Vara Mahalakshmi, Sri Gayathri Devi and Lord Shiva.

The Temple is going to have its Kumbabishekam (1st phase opening) on 27 th of August 2006 on the GANESH CHATURTHI DAY. 
 
 Vocal Music, Bharathanatyam, Mohiniattam, Kuchupudi , Cooking,Yoga classes in the Temple  
 are starting from September 1st 2006 onwards.. Call for more details.
 
 “Sangeetha Siromani” Kala Subramanian
Ms. Kala Subramanian has completed Sangeet siromani Diploma in Karnatic Music from the faculty of Music & Fine arts-Delhi University. As a child artist , has given numerous performances in All India Radio- Delhi and Doordarshan - Delhi. She has travelled to the South East Asian Countries as a member of the ICTR of Government of India. She is socially very active in Atlanta, GA for so many years.. She is also the proud owner of Kumon Math& Reading center in Alpharetta and also managing a back office outsourcing Service unit. Dr.(Mrs.)Sunitha Surendar
Dr.(Mrs.)Sunitha Surendar M.A (Dance), Ph.D (Dance)  is a performing artist of Bharatanatyam, Mohiniattam and Kuchipudi for the past 18 years. She was a Lecturer in Dance for the Bachelors Degree students in India for more than 7 years. Her doctoral thesis traces the origin of Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam and Kathakali for the past 2000 years. She has given more than 200 stage performances all over India. She has choreographed, solo dance items, dance dramas, theatre works involving contemporary concepts and lecture demonstrations on technical aspects of dance as per Natya Shastra.
