 66.  MALLARI SHIVA MOORTHY

           Lord Shiva is in a standing position. Horse and dogs are behind him. This facet describes a different atmosphere. He is adorned with sharp knife and a small knife and a small vessel with Blood. Those who oppose him they will be punished by his knife.

           In common the hunters will enter into the forest with dogs and search for animals. Lord Shiva in his duty of attending the universe. He have to encounter several cruel and wicked enemies of man kind. The enemies are in the form of demons. For the sake of his devotees He will kill the demons and drink the blood of them.

           We can see the skulls of such, as garland in other facets of Lord Shiva. The military personals,police officials, and the persons with the jobs of guarding nature should make separate prayers to this deity who will be gracefully rendering the strength and knowledge for their success. Gradually the fame and reward of prosperity will reach them.
